We shop here regularly. The sellers are very nice and advise you very well. You can tell that he really enjoys his job. Jack Wolfskin's service is also first class. I once brought a 4 year old jacket for repair, it was even patched for free and perfectly.

I'm absolutely thrilled with this Jack Wolfskin store. Not big, of course, but more than sufficient for the size of the city of Elmshorn. I give the five stars in particular to the friendly and very competent staff. You can ask holes in their belly, they remain friendly and answer calmly, patiently and with a high level of expertise. They respond to your needs and do not sell you a more expensive product if a cheaper one is more suitable for you.
