With so many doctors you always have to wait forever, not in this practice. Most of the time I'm hardly even taken into the room that I'm inside. The ladies in the practice are always very nice and friendly. Even if you have questions, they always try to help you.

About a month ago I had a splint made and have been a patient at the dental practice since 2019. I always got an appointment very quickly and the service was always top notch. Haven't had another practice so far that were so friendly and kind. The nurses and dentists are really great. Always happy to come back!

For Mr. Hesebeck directly I would give 5 stars 😁👍 but please do something with the impossible unfriendly staff at the reception ... (also the new lady😬) it is really cruel. Whether on the phone or in person. Unfortunately not compatible with the rest of the 😔

Very short waiting times - super nice team - very good treatment! Dr. Hesebeck and all his colleagues are always very friendly. I always feel very well advised and treated. The waiting times are always very short. As soon as I am in the waiting room, I am already called.
