A young, dynamic team and Dr. Benecke is happy to explain every detail of the treatment to you in an informative manner. And finally no more pain! If so, at least I know that I am in good hands there :) After years I have finally found the best dentist for me.

I was only here once a weekend for emergency consultations. There weren't many people around at first, so I thought things were going well. Unfortunately, no doctor was present. As a waiting person, you heard how they tried to contact the doctor so that he could finally appear. The doctor finally came a long time after the practice opened, and the waiting room was now full. A wisdom tooth was then removed. It went quite a while because the tooth didn't want to get out, but so far no complaints. BUT: At another dentist (move) it was found that the tooth is not completely outside, but a good part of the root was left in it. The staff was friendly, but overall it was not a good experience.

Super staff and well organized !! After a long search for a trusted dentist, Dr. Benecke found an end. I can only recommend it to everyone.

After a long search, my sister recommended the practice in Feldstrasse to me. I'm with a plan already drawn up by my dentist at the time Dr. Benecke went to get me originally only a 2nd opinion. Good thing I did! It would be too much for details here, but I can mention one thing; To crown a tooth if there are 3 giant cysts underneath is definitely suboptimal! Many thanks to Dr. Benecke who saved me from it! Ultimately, the practice is well organized, no waiting times, quick appointments, super nice team, so I stayed there! 😊 Even in urgent emergencies, you can rely on a good dentist, Dr. Benecke does more than what he can! Both professionally and personally, everything is right here. As a patient, you are provided with understandable information and the quality of your work is impeccable👍

Back in practice today, as always, I feel comfortable there. I have always been afraid of dentists and have experienced a lot, but here a person still enjoys his work and takes it very seriously. The whole team is just great and takes a lot of time to work with the patient to get the best result. I can not understand the negative reviews here in part. Such a great dentist is unfortunately not in every place and my wife and I are glad that he is in our area. Even if I had to leave here professionally, I would always just go here.
