Super nice medical assistant and doctors. Doctors take time to listen. I am glad that I found this practice and can only recommend it.

This is the first family doctor who takes the time to get me an appointment with a specialist. I didn't expect such a service. It is also the first to ask for feedback from the specialist and note this in the patient's file. The information recovered is used for further training and further treatment is coordinated with the necessary specialists so that preliminary examinations for treatments such as Blood tests do not need to be done by a specialist far away. In the event of illness, this leads to the required relief and helps to get back on your feet faster. Thank you for the quick help and the above-average commitment.

Very friendly staff and competent doctors. I never had to wait long and was informed in detail about symptoms etc. The doctors definitely take time for the patients here. The practice doesn't seem as overcrowded to me as other practices. All in all, I am very satisfied with the performance and the team.

I have been in this practice as a patient for several years. I am very happy there. The doctors are very attentive, take the time to clarify everything and listen. There is no handling here as in other practices. I personally feel most comfortable with Ms. Retzow-Baum and Ms. Hartmering. But Mr. Flatau is also very conscientious. A little bit muksch, but that's just my personal feeling. I have never had any problems with the girls at the reception. They are always nice and kind.
