I came to the practice as an emergency and was welcomed in a friendly manner, it was packed, of course it took a while, but I didn't care at that moment or afterwards. Dr Hilgert was very friendly and empathetic on both occasions. Yesterday was the final diagnosis after all test results were available from other involved doctors. Short, concise, friendly with a smile and open to questions. I take my hat off to the doctors and the medical assistants when you sit there and hear what the patients want. I can well understand that doctors are angry if Dr. Google was consulted or reports from friends are used for self-healing. Orthopedics is a well-known highly frequented specialist area, the practice is at the same time accident / BG practice. Longer waiting times or the fact that doctors take the time to respond to questions from each patient in a friendly manner given the mass of patients who are already there in 1 hour, should everyone be aware. They do a good job there. I can imagine that not every patient hears what he wants to hear. Everyone should think about this for themselves, with what expectation they go to the specialist. I personally felt well looked after and understood, and my questions were answered competently, I got documents. I can not leave 1 star ratings and annoys me immeasurably. Especially since it is up to you which doctor you go to. But since most of them, including myself, admittedly like to get an idea beforehand because it is technically possible today, here is my view of Dr. Hilgert.

Wait, wait, wait! We had an appointment, but that makes no difference in my opinion. Waiting over an hour seems to be the rule here. Unfortunately there is no alternative ....

Unfortunately, absolutely incompetent doctor. Does not recognize the simplest injuries that even a non-medical person would recognize. An absolute no-go. In addition, absolutely rude. He probably does not know the oath "for the benefit of man", only "for the sake of his portemonas". Grade 6

I was 4 days ago in orthopedics Hermann Ehlers way. At 8:40 am I signed up for registration. It went quickly and the ladies at the front desk very nice. I came without appointment and I was told I would have to wait an hour and a half. No problem. I would have time. After about half an hour I came to it. Dr. Hilpert friendly and competent, I presented my complaints. He examined me and sent me to X-ray. It did not take long and it was my turn. Then wait and call again. We looked at the x-rays. He made the diagnosis. And after an hour I was done. The practice is functional. Everything very professional. Nice and competent. The waiting area I find nice bright, refreshing, with niches, you do not sit as well as anywhere else. As the practice is on the ground floor, handicapped accessible. You can also go just outside the door. WC available. I have never waited there for 2 hours, even without an appointment. Questions and so on were never a problem. I asked him if I could work. He told me his opinion. I stayed at home for 2 days and everything was ok. At the present time it is not easy to find and be satisfied with doctors. But please remember. They are human and I also hate waiting times. But whether I sit there for 1 or 2 hours does not matter, because I feel well cared for there. I have been there several times and always satisfied.
