Super market
In itself a typical Rossmann. I like to go shopping there. Unfortunately, I recently noticed that none of the employees there pay attention to whether the customers adhere to distance rules and hygiene concepts such as the correct wearing of the mask. I did not feel good because the distances were not kept and whole families including grandpa and grandma and children including prams were shopping and I suddenly found myself in the middle of this family crowd. I was particularly irritated that this was noticed but ignored - here I would like the branch management to train employees better in communication. There are also many older customers going shopping there. At the checkout, I had to tell a customer that the mouth and nose protection is not a chin protection.
Assortment always good, but the courtesy of some of the shop assistants leaves a lot to be desired.
Very slow cashier, cashier through the whole store, cashier gets no help from a second let, nor is she able to politely bkiben, as an elderly lady times demand.
Making pictures is not one of the strengths of the Rossmann from Tornesch
