Nice store but rude staff. Not all of them, just a few, I even made a note of the name of one of them: "Frau Kr ....". You can't ask any questions, hardly ever gives correct answers and always in one tone ..... Especially at the photo station she just couldn't or didn't want to help after I asked her for help The only answer was "no, it doesn't work" and I was gone faster than I could see. Fortunately, there was another young and very nice employee nearby who was able to help me.
I've been a regular customer in this branch for 8 years and go shopping there at least once a week.
The following happened on November 12, 2019. I paid for my purchase and was approached by a detective outside the door. I should go to the office with him. In the office he showed me an empty perfume box. I ask him how he got the idea that I stole a perfume. He told me I was looking at perfumes. He suspected I had stolen a perfume. I then allowed the manager to search my bag. Of course she didn't find anything. So I was unjustifiably exposed in front of the customers and the employees, it was an extreme humiliation. I have never been guilty of anything.
I will never shop there again and expect an apology from Rossmann.
Always nice and you can find everything quickly
I've known the store for a long time. The staff are really nice.
You get what you need and the cashiers are friendly.
