Mrs. Holzhausen and her team have reliably taken care of the funeral arrangements I have commissioned with loops with a lot of patience and attention to detail. I had 2 arrangements even in the afternoon 1 day before - even with loops! for my Polish relatives can order. Frau Holzhausen was always patient and very understanding. A better customer service is not possible! The chapel was beautifully decorated by Mrs. Holzhausen and Mr. Henning Dobbratz (Wähling Bestattungen). All ordered arrangements and wreaths were spent there by the small flower magic, even those of friends. One of the saddest days in my life, has given a lot of comfort and warmth through the beautiful flower compositions. Thank you for your loving and competent support in this difficult time!
