Due to an excellent advice and a very good price, because exhibit I came to a great new stove complete with hob - thank you dear family Johannsen! At first I thought that all the functions of the oven were not "necessary", today, months later, I am excited about the versatility. From the hob I was not convinced because of lack of experience, but I relied on the recommendations of Mrs. Johannsen - that was absolutely right! Again and again

Last year we decided to buy a new kitchen. In the run-up I saw the kitchen exhibition at short notice and without an appointment and was greeted very warmly and invited for a coffee. Here courtesy and service is capitalized. Then there was another appointment to clarify all the details and our wishes. Here, too, a concept was created with advice and very good ideas. That we had our children, no one bothered here. Here children are welcome and have a "children's kitchen" and toys also something to play. After clarification of all important things and wishes a fair offer was created. The delivery and installation of our new kitchen was absolutely on time, professional and clean. Again, the craftsmen have thought along and replaced the end bar with a wooden panel. All in all, the whole process went smoothly and without problems. The dates were all met and there was not a deficiency in the acceptance of the kitchen! The next kitchen (multi-family house) will definitely be back next year. Everything was great. Punctual delivery, perfect installation, great look. We called to take measurements and the junior boss was there within 1 hour. Has measured everything and zack as promised 6 weeks later came the countertop, sink and faucet. The craftsmen are super friendly even at 33 degrees.

A star is there for the coffee at the appointments in the store. So as not to become extravagant for now a brief outline of the experiences. Advice and oversize took place by the junior. Planning error, door from a wall unit did not open because the cooker hood was in the way. Obviously you do not know the inside dimensions yourself so exactly. Also read floor plans is difficult, you forgot to schedule the screed at the kitchen height. After 6 months and (so far) 2 reworks the light is still flickering and half of the handles are crooked / warped. The worst thing about dealing with us as a customer is from the first moment of a problem. When measuring you could not find a crooked wall and behind every appointment, any improvement you have to run after several times, the kitchen studio never comes by itself. I can only advise against implementation with this company.

Unfortunately, many defects and improvements that were required. Shelves that have arched upwards, seals that have come loose. And the stove was actually supplied Mounting rails simply not installed. Mr. Jojannsen senior very rude.
