My husband and I went to 8 different shops looking for a mattress (160x200). In the other shops they just said no, we didn't say no and then we're off. But here with the nice saleswoman, it wasn't like she phoned around and asked for something. Then she suggested another option and then did something about the price. If we do a search then we go there again. We are more than satisfied. Again, a very big thank you to the seller.

A great sign that customer service still works. Despite a mistake on my part, not only was everything done to my satisfaction, but everyone involved was always very friendly. Clear recommendation!
