No no no ! That's NOT how it works, my dear friends. Today I have to say about the current situation, you are not treated 100% friendly, of course you don't know each other. Thus, of course, there is NO family relationship between one and the other. Nevertheless, one can expect more service, from the reception as well as on the psychiatric ward. Because nobody feels good like this: / Not even with alcohol: D

It is undisputed that mistakes were made on the part of the hospital. Instead of apologizing, they tried to put pressure on me. The management does not want to be reached and complaint management is hardly taken seriously in one's own company. It only receives queries after a few days and after 14 days and a long deadline I only received one call that I would receive a letter. Now I have to have an appraisal done elsewhere, as all trust has been lost here.

Come to the emergency room today with acute back pain. (around 9 p.m.) Pulled too much weight while exercising, cracked it 3 times, and I couldn't move anymore ... And what can I say, the emergency room was by far the nicest doctor I have seen in an emergency room in a long time. He was very nice, competent and accommodating ... I had the feeling that I was not just a number, but was catered for ... The sisters were also very nice and took good care of me. It may not always be like that, but I definitely have nothing to complain about ...
