I am more than positively surprised. How super and quickly I was accepted even though I don't live here. Dr Krumbiegel was very nice, as if you've known each other for ages and convinced me with his competent treatment. If I lived here he would be my family doctor straight away. Top!

Well organized practice In the mornings from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. there is an emergency consultation hour: I only had to wait 20 minutes. Nice practice staff & doctors.

I made an appointment on Friday and I was told to come to the open office on Monday between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. When I was there on Monday, I was told that the doctor had decided against the treatment and that I should go to my old family doctor, with whom I was dissatisfied, which is why I haven't had a permanent family doctor for years !!!! They didn't care that an appointment was guaranteed and that we took the route for free. No "sorry for the inconvenience" or the like. Super cheeky and totally unprofessional !!! General practitioners are there to help people and not to kidnap their patients and only selectively record how it suits them. Clearly no recommendation for new patients from me, since I cannot assess how things are going with long-term patients and whether they are treated competently.

I came to this practice after a short stay in the clinic because my doctor was on vacation. There I was welcomed as a substitute patient, very friendly and very competent, you felt respected and respected at all times. The blood collection was done very quickly and professionally, and I received the results by phone in the evening. You can tell that it's a great team, everyone likes to do their work together for the benefit of the patient. I have applied to become a regular patient there.

Great family doctor's practice, let's start with the registration. The ladies at the reception are quick and super friendly and are available to answer any questions. Dr Krumbiegel and Dr Lieberei are great doctors. They take the time to listen and help immediately wherever they can and have been able to help me immediately every time. Even during the Corona period I didn't have to wait long and it comes across as very structured. I can only recommend this general practitioner practice to everyone.
