I have already been represented by Ms. Morgenstern several times - whether in social matters, traffic offenses or disputes with third parties - I have always been informed professionally, and discussions are always prompt. I can recommend this law firm without reservation and have already done so several times. I particularly like the fact that events are often synchronized very quickly by phone or email. A lawyer is always a special person to trust - after years I am very satisfied and have found my "first point of contact".

I visited the firm in 2016. A bad car repair nearly killed me in an accident. I also lost my job and a subsequent job as well. 1.) I wrote my letters myself. Morgenstern just put her logo on it and made small corrections. 2.) I waited patiently until she wanted to continue my proceedings after the birth of the second child. That was a mistake. She then sorted out. In the case of the car, the judgment came in the first instance shortly before Christmas. On the grounds that she had received the money from my legal protection, she canceled the representation in the second instance. Since there are only 14 days to appeal, the perpetrator got away with the most important points ... Ms. Morgenstern received a fee of over 5000 euros. Labor law got worse. Until the second case I had another legal protection insurance. Ms. Morgenstern should only take care of the case after the insurance had given coverage. In the middle of the fall - it ran upstairs at the same time as the car accident - she let me down with that too. Again I finished it alone. I've come to an agreement. That was also in December 2017. I then didn't hear from Frau Morgenstern. I moved away in 2019. Suddenly I get an invoice from the labor court and am supposed to pay a fee of 2500 euros. Attorney Morgenstern had never obtained coverage from the legal expenses insurance. At the moment she has seized my account with false information because the state labor court is examining a statute of limitations on her claim. She even discredited me in my new job, although I offered payment in installments with reservations. The bill is also completely overpriced because it was negotiated only once and it was only there as a decoration ... I could write 10 more pages ... Simply a person with the title "Jurist" "Lawyer" pelted with dirt.

Lawyer did not appear at the trial. Have not seen her a single time although she was supposed to represent me in 2 cases. Everything went through the secretary. I can't recommend it at all.
