Unfortunately, my wife canceled all other appointments after only 2 treatments because she didn't feel comfortable there. It's all very tight there when you want to go to the practice with a wheelchair. Then there is a painted latte in the entrance where you can hardly get through with a wheelchair. Introduction by name completely out of place. Waiting room very narrow, especially if you are in a wheelchair. My wife was always in the way. Furthermore, the rooms are very warm and poorly ventilated, and that in Corona times. The treatment of the employee was very good, but unfortunately that is not enough.

Rude on the phone and describes my wife mother as a liar because she wouldn’t keep any appointments, he wouldn’t take her and he didn’t even ask who she is because the woman who didn’t keep the appointments was my ex-wife
