Maike Balk helped me a lot with her "golden hands", her competence, experience and empathy in three appointments. In this case, with your help, I became a very! I got rid of stubborn calf strains, so that I got back into ambitious running mode. Her approach is holistic and sustainable, and she gave me great tips for exercises to avoid or eliminate possible future discomfort.
