I am very satisfied with the new team, you can feel the harmony and all three women have a lot of fun at work. Of course, I am totally satisfied with the service provided, long-lasting cuts and the natural color change surpasses every other visit to the hairdresser at standard hairdressers. I have already been here 3 times and have now decided not to come again. Because the wishes of the customer are not taken into account. Every time I came out with a different color and a different cut than I wanted. Of course the ladies are the experts, but what use is it to me to pay 200 euros and none of my wishes have been implemented afterwards ?! The products used are great, the shop is beautiful. But it almost seems like the team is "afraid of color". I wanted to get lighter and afterwards went out darker than before. The team is also constantly changing, maybe that's that? Tip: go more into the wishes of your customers!

Everyone was very friendly, I was given good advice, always asked if I would like to get the products into my hair and my wishes were very much taken into account! I am very satisfied with the result! The equipment was also all very modern and clean! I will definitely go back!
