Even one star is too much for you. As a customer you can only have bad experiences here, especially if you look southern. I will not disclose any details here as I contacted customer service more than a year ago about false suspicions of theft. Since then, I have never entered this shop again. The other comments here also prove that I made the right decision. ;)
Nice, big business with a great offer. The staff is friendly and courteous and also explains when it is necessary. There is nothing to complain about here. The structure with the two entrances is also convincing and I really like it. You just feel a lot less cramped than at other drugstores in the area (in the Neue Mitte or in the Goethe Galerie).

Large selection of toys, CDs / DVDs and drugstore items. Unfortunately, on my last purchase I was sniffed by a cashier who was unfriendly in my opinion, because I didn't have enough money. That could have been said more kindly, after all, the customer is still king! I think the app, where you can collect Müller flowers, is great 👍.
So you always have additional credit at hand 👌.
