This is my second visit to this store and both times staff have been very helpful and friendly. Products available for all price ranges. Good selection as well.

Staff (especially Stefanie) were so welcoming helping us look at engagement and wedding rings. Very helpful with finding sizing and delivery times. Made us feel very comfortable and we will definitely be purchasing our rings here later in the year thanks to the beautiful experience.

Prices ok. Most of the items (watches) are not available at the store - you need to wait for your order.

Was in the branch in Kaiserslautern, Riesenstrasse. I had a complaint and was served by a very nice lady who was able to help me immediately. Quite simply, I was paid a difference in cash. Really very nice staff, always feel well advised.
