Very beautiful and classic shop, with reasonable prices. I would like to mention an excellent service I got from the store manager. Due to misunderstanding, I found a flaw in a product I bought, but I only found out after I got home (I am not from Jena). When I called to complain, I was treated very nicely and professionally, and a new product together with compensation arrive at my house a few days later, free of charge. As it should be. Good job! Will be happy to return again in the future!
