I bought sofas from this location. It took many calls and two attempts at delivery before they actually delivered my sofas. I have been there several times, difficult to find any help with your questions. I was much more satisfied with my shopping experience at Finke and Porter. The location feels dark and unattractive to shoppers too. It just doesn't feel good when you are there! Maybe it requires a more modern management style and leadership.

The statement: "We are looking for an inexpensive couch" was answered with: "You can go straight away". When the next time he left the shop, he shouted that we still had a lot to learn, we absolutely do not need that. We won't be seen there anymore.
