In retrospect, we should have noticed the inadequate, seemingly urgent advice, now there is no recourse, no recognition, just rejection and dubbing. We wanted to buy locally, it was assumed that it would cost more the disappointment weighs heavily. Not recommended

The advice on site is good. But when it comes to customer service because you want to pick up the furniture you have already paid for, you sit in a queue on the phone for ages. 2x 60 minutes of wasted life Addendum: Many days later the time has finally come. We were finally allowed to pick up. And the warehouse acted quickly, quickly and in a friendly manner. What moved me to give two more stars.

Furniture was all delivered destroyed, some of the furniture was simply canceled or did not arrive. Basically no one answers the hotline, an online response takes around 14 days! Then who is to blame? Right as always, the customer. I never buy here again ...
