The worst experience we have ever had. I would not recommend the company to anyone. The planning was very good, but everything else was just terrible. It was almost impossible to contact the company to fix the problem after installation. Everything takes forever and nobody cares whether the customer is satisfied or not. Don't go to this company.

All in all, very good advice, measurement went great, my kitchen has never been measured so specifically. Now I'm waiting for my kitchen 😉

Unfortunately, we can not recommend the company (this branch). We have signed a purchase contract on 01.09.18 and as of 16.04.19 not all defects have been resolved. The coarsest stuff already, but a flaked screw is still missing, since it has to be ordered the second time, now in the correct color. So, on 01.09.18 bought, construction on 28.11.18. After the laser measurement, it was determined that the kitchen planning plugs were not in the right place and had to be relocated again. After the construction: freezer compartment door grinds, cheek of the tall unit in the wrong color, worktop has wrong cutout, trash can does not fit in the designated cabinet, wall unit has the wrong door (was delivered wrong in the 2nd attempt), light on the wall unit has k. Switch, so we had to turn it off in the evening by disconnecting the cable, fume hood / wall box does not open, the electrical system was wrong despite ordering a splitter, so connected to the normal circuit, because the splitter was probably not there, dishwasher installed wrong. There were still little things but that was the essential. The kitchen was built by a craftsman who takes over all kinds of work in the house. Different things were ordered again, delivery time 6-8 wks. The defective wall box was delivered faster, but by the studio manager personally and without packaging. Since then, the demonstration model is no longer available in the kitchen studio, but that can also be coincidence. It was difficult to be home again and again during the day for repairs. The problem was not necessarily that there were shortcomings, but that agreements were often not met on time and we had to contact us again, because no recall was made as agreed. Sure that was also because we equal the compl. Purchase price paid and k. Had more pressure. The consulting service of the studio manager was good, so we also bought there, but ultimately everything was, even the arrangements with him, not in the same quality. He has certainly tried to eliminate the shortcomings, yet half a year has passed until almost everything is done. How many times we had to report to the kitchen studio; I stopped counting sometime. The purchase price of the L-kitchen was 5 digits for 3m x 2.4m, so in our opinion in the upper midfield, where you also have a certain claim on the quality and settlement may have. Finally, the question arises, we would go back to buy? No, probably not. Of course, a kitchen is more complex than a dining room, but here just went too much wrong and the kitchen studio is just too unstructured and proceeded to non-binding in the removal of defects. Only after a written contact we were given an estimated date for the rework, previously it was said that you can not say when which defect is resolved. I also think that one should not be overcritical if a kitchen is built up from so many parts, but the o.a. Defects speak well for themselves. We have not received an offer to pay us for the expense of the many on-site appointments, to compensate for the trouble, not even an apology. On the contrary, there was a final bill in which the unsuitable trash can with a repeat order from us should have been charged. On the bill is a discount, but nothing of a credited rubbish bin, maybe we can not remember it after 50 phone calls but also no longer. There is only one total bill, i. no bill on the individual positions priced appear. That would be so, explained the studio director. Except for the missing screw, we are through with the kitchen, it looks very beautiful, it is only to hope that our memories of the career until the finished product soon fade, because it was not really a buying experience!

A very nice kitchen studio. There are good and austeichende parking facilities. The staff are friendly, accommodating and advise very well. A wheelchair accessible, barrier-free entrance is available.
