The therapist wanted to declare me crazy and they didn't understand me, it was just bad that I would only get depressed afterwards that was so bad and by the way it should help me but as I said it would get worse and the method are very questionable. I am still very busy since the visit but I am lucky that I can still do therapy that helps me. what I forgot to say that people wanted to kill themselves too. i wouldnt recommend this.
