TLA Kaiserslautern by Immobilien Hauf

Immobilien Hauf - remember this name as this is best TLA in Germany! As a family coming from the States, as you know, a very stressful time for all. Immobilien Hauf was able to take a lot of the stress from our lives when we first came to Germany. They made a home for us and went far beyond what was every expected of them. Our plane flew in at midnight and on a weekend, and they were willing to pick us up from the airport and waited until the next day to go over the paperwork, allowing our family time to get over the long flight. From the time we setup the reservations online, George called us in the States to verify with pictures that the place would fit our needs. From the beginning, a very helpful, nice, friendly and professional employee, Miguel was there to help us transition from our lives in the States to our new lives in Germany. The manager, Dennis, made us all feel special from the beginning to the end. The Prices are equivalent to other TLA, honestly, I am so happy we found this place, because equivalent does not mean equal. Immobilien Hauf gives so much more than other TLA do. From new, modern places to stay, to a rental car included in the package - i can go on and on. The rooms were lovely, most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! and with big fluffy pillows, like sleeping on a cloud!!! The kitchen and dining room were huge, were all the necessities needed to cook all kinds of meals. Large flat screen TVs in the living room and the bedrooms. Truthfully, we did not want to leave. We definitely will be back there and will recommend this peace of heaven in Kaiserslautern to everyone and everyone!!:) THANK YOU IMMOBILIEN HAUF - you have made a friend for life ... My stay has been amazing!! Miguel consistently delivered top-notched customer service, ensuring my family and I were comfortable. Not only did he provide a welcome guide, he also invested time to show me how to operate the appliances and windows. He also arranged time to meet and obtain financial documents where we didn’t have to run around town trying to find their office. The apartment was modern, clean, and satisfied our needs. Being in Germany we quickly found out the internet was not comparable to the US while staying at a previous TLA... we did not have any issues with the internet service while staying with Immobilien Hauf! The vehicle was well maintained and allowed us to quickly transition to our new norm until our POV arrived. The housekeeper was efficient and did an outstanding job cleaning our apartment. We also had the opportunity to work with Georg who did not disappoint us with his service!! When Miguel was not available Georg took the reigns and stood in... it was seamless. I highly recommend Immobilien Hauf for your upcoming stay in Germany!
