Finanzamt Frankenthal

Personally, the staff are very nice and accommodating. But what I have just experienced on the phone horrified me deeply. The tone is the very last. I was rerouted about 5 times and ended up with a lady who did not back off. I was angepflaumt, laughed, they did not talk me out and it was hung up. I hope I will never again be associated with this person, because something is simply intolerable and very annoying. Thank you so much. A shame for the tax office, I think!
