Pretty rude older lady! Should not be a saleswoman or have no customer traffic.

My husband wanted to send a letter and wanted to pay with a card because she then said the lady behind the counter that only cash payment is possible. She then went loudly .. then my husband went to change money and went back in and gave her the letter and she doesn't even look at it Then my husband says that it's rude not even to look at him then she has put the letter back in his hand and said I don't use myself .. totally rude would not even give a star but unfortunately it only works.

Bought two scratch cards and wanted my 10 year old son to rub them off! A blonde with splattered lips insulted me in front of my child and did not count my winnings! Poor Germany! House ban instead of profit! Cheaters !!!

Very rude older lady, closes the ticket office at 7.30pm although opening hours are until 8pm. No good day, good evening, nothing!

I think I was completely ripped off there today 😵 for 3 cigars which should cost € 6.00, 1 cigar for just under € 3.00 and a mini torch lighter ... please pay € 51, ... no receipt and afterwards I could tear open the A ... 😠
