Aral

I just came to the gas station and wanted to use my mobile phone to pay my fuel bill of € 60 (contactless) as I did the last few days, because the employee who was working told me that contactless is not possible at the night counter because the device is closed is old because Aral would not exchange it for cost reasons. Now, as a customer, I ask myself why I should be to blame if Aral doesn't replace the device to bring it up to date. Nonetheless, despite the unfriendly tone of the employee, it doesn't work at all. I think the lady had her days, because I don't even know them that way! It can't be that she lets her mood out to the customer. If the employee had said to me in the normal tone, I'm sorry, it just doesn't work, I would have understood it completely, I would have driven 50 km home to get money, but the lady was immediately unfriendly and blamed me for not being able to do it Device to pay contactless although Aral has been offering this for a long time. I will also report this behavior directly to Aral because this would certainly interest the division manager.

A good petrol station right next to a supermarket that I have not eaten so often. The only drawback is that the prices are a bit too expensive

I was allowed to use the customer toilet, but unfortunately only for 50 cents fee, because the rewe next door had a broken toilet, since 25.11.2019. I was at this Aral gas station today. Very friendly decline in the service. I like it. I praise the staff for a good location.
