NEVER try to disturb the good civil servants by phone !!!! "it is incredibly annoying" As requested by Ministry of Finance, I first entered my income tax electronic rather than every time we personally encountered tax office. When I got the notification, I could see that there was a mistake from the tax office and I was charged too little income as I explained. From this mistake I would get a lot of money back .... But, that's not right .... And that's why I wanted to facilitate the office of a personal visit (it was that, nowadays this is online, and virtual preferred) and have I call normal. Right at the first sound this stored voice spoke and gave me the choice to wait for a co-worker ..... And I'm waiting .... And waiting ... And waiting .... normal or? Straight one with public service one must always wait ..... When someone ran ran ..... I would be as well as harassed .... Because of so long let have !!! That it is annoying !!! That it is by no means possible !!! What was my urgent problem !!!!!! My question is this normal?

Exceptionally polite staff - from the "reception" to the department, prompt and nice information and a very good service. You work here very solution-oriented and helpful. Maybe the sound makes the music.

Awful!!! Rude, incompetent and unnecessary. Years of bad experience with this tax office. On the phone, the staff are rude and do not want to help you at all. Even after my move to another city, I get mail with unnecessary data requirements that this tax office nothing more concern because another is responsible. By the way, this is competent and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is also different!

So far I only have max. Have to wait 4 weeks for my tax assessment. In other municipalities, sometimes significantly more waiting time. Furthermore, very friendly, personal advice on site!
