The sensor on my camera was very dirty and I wanted to use the photo filling service. The website advertises "Sensor cleaning professionally and immediately". With the expectation that I could take my camera back home immediately after cleaning, I drove to the branch in the city center. I was greeted warmly, handed over my camera and was briefly told by an elderly gentleman that they wanted to try dry cleaning first because wet cleaning was problematic. When asked how long it would take to do the cleaning, I was told "it can take time". It is a bit strange if this service is advertised on the homepage as "Professional and immediate" - but okay. It was simply written down on a receipt pad, SONY, my name and the telephone number - no note as to which camera model it was, no note that the lens and a battery handle including two original batteries and a memory card were handed over. I was a bit surprised by the lack of competence and handed my camera over to the older man. In retrospect, I am just glad that I got my camera and accessories back in a working condition. I could have been given an age-old Sony camera and I would have had no evidence that this is not my camera. I would be called when the camera was ready. I handed in the camera at 10:30 am ... the rest of the day I waited in vain for a call. The next day my patience ended at 12 noon and I called the branch and asked about the status of the cleaning. Surprise - the cleaning has not yet been carried out, that would still take some time and whether it would not be better if I simply picked up the camera. Well, you'd try dry cleaning now and then call me back. After 10 minutes the call back came - the dry cleaning had been carried out successfully and I can now pick up my camera. 30 minutes later I was in the branch and took my camera without further explanation and paid the flat rate of € 29. When I got home I took a couple of test shots - and lo and behold ... as feared, ALL sensor spots were still present. It was more than obvious that the elderly gentleman was afraid to do a wet cleaning and I have very strong doubts that a dry cleaning was done at all. At home I was able to remove part of the stain-causing dirt myself with a bellows. Conclusion: 29 euros paid for waiting more than 24 hours and got my camera back as dirty as I gave it. A real shame! Update: Thanks for the offer with the free wet cleaning. I have now cleaned my camera myself and now everything is clean again.

Very bad and outrageous! I did not like all the application pictures for me and my husband. We have emphasized this several times both. Photographer then said to us we have to tell him what he should do better!?!? The pictures were shot very unfavorably. We asked him several times to try again, but the photographer ignored this! Something unprofessional I have never experienced. I paid a total of 30 € and will not use the picture because it is just ugly and not edited at all! Never again and not to recommend just outrageous !!!!!!

Arrogant. Deletes all passport photos of the trainees because he finds them ugly, while I found the customer (!!!) One of them particularly beautiful. He makes new pictures, all unsightly. Could have howled, how can one deal so unprofessionally with his customer?
