Have a bouquet of flowers for 50 euros put together so far okay, was also great bound. Now we had loose flowers instead of the bouquet, on call for this only came from the lady yes it can happen, she can not change anything. And that for a bouquet for 50 euros shouldn't and shouldn't happen anyway, moreover the flowers were not withered 2 days later. Poor quality not at these prices! So they definitely lost me as a customer

When cutting the roses, I noticed that one rose already had dried leaves and the other roses were not fresh. Within 2 days the roses were withered! Too bad that such roses were sold for Valentine's Day.

ONE employee is very unfriendly. In a flower shop you should be in a good mood and not go out annoyed. Pity !
