MEDA Gute Küchen

I did not buy something there and only wondered around. The exhibition is quite nice, good place to get some ideas. The staff is a bit "slow", there were over 10 people but no one cared to approach us to ask if they can help.

My husband and I recently purchased a home and need to have a new kitchen. Went to this place to look for kitchens and liked what we saw, but had already set up a meeting with another place. After getting the other offer and not being satisfied with it, we went back to look for the lady that we had previously spoken to at Meda. She is the lady that sits right being the reception area to the left. At the beginning the conversation was ok. She did point out that she had just finished planning a really big kitchen with an island (our kitchen is small). We showed her the picture that we had from the previous place and asked if what I wanted was possible. She did come up with good ideas. We were satisfied with the plan; however, when I mentioned that I wanted a niche for the microwave she went on to say that they are not used here in Germany. I totally understand that, but in MY KITCHEN I can do whatever I want. The second issue was that she never asked me what kind of appliances I wanted and just wanted to push AEG on us. It got so uncomfortable that I had to tell her several times that I do not want that brand. She said that since we were renting she wanted to keep it cheap. Why would she assume a)that we are renting and b)that we can't afford something. Her attitude just got worse and worse. We asked about delivery in July and she said that once we signed, she could talk to her boss. We are believer is second chances, so myhusband wrote her a nice e-mail indicating that we would buy the stove, oven and air extractor, that we needed a niche for the microwave and set up in July. She was not rude in the e-mail but now, she says that it could not be installed until mid-August and that she cannot make the niche for the microwave. She could sell us a microwave that they could fit into the space. To be honest, we really liked the products and would have chosen this firm, had she been a bit more customer oriented, not insulted me by criticizing my life style and been able to set up the kitchen in July. I am just surprised that a big company like this one does not educate their staff to prioritize the customer's wants and needs and not give their personal opinions. Completely unprofessional.

Very friendly and competent advice. Ms. Gügercin took our wishes and our budget ideas very seriously - together with her technical knowledge and experience, our dream kitchen was created. We are therefore looking forward to the delivery and hope that the good service so far will also show here.

We liked the friendly atmosphere at MEDA Küchen in Ludwigshafen, we felt comfortable there. We received very competent advice from Mr. Keller, he responded very well to our requests and was really patient with us. He supported us creatively in our kitchen planning. This is how kitchen planning is fun! We can absolutely recommend MEDA kitchens! Deserved 5 stars! We look forward to our country-style kitchen!

We received a very friendly and warm welcome from Ms. Gügercin at MEDA Kitchens in Lu / Oggersheim and gave us extensive advice. The appointments were made promptly and enough time was taken. Everything was explained in detail and our wishes were met. Thanks to Ms. Gügercin's expertise, we were made aware of things that a “normal” person does not pay attention to. Every little thing was discussed. Ms. Gügercin cannot be surpassed in terms of competence and friendliness. In terms of price, MEDA kitchens don't have to hide from the competition in my opinion. We had the same kitchen planned at a furniture store and there was no price difference. Even after the contract is signed, you still have a contact person. The construction took place on the agreed date. The two fitters were also very friendly, courteous and, above all, careful! The kitchen is as planned, was on time and has no damage whatsoever. All in all, very transparent and very well organized. I can only recommend MEDA Küchen, but above all the advice from Ms. Gügercin.
