Overall, I would rate the communication as moderate to poor (especially in my case it was of critical importance to receive prompt answers). For reasons incomprehensible to me, the initially agreed, quite clearly formulated procedure / strategy in relation to the present case was not adhered to after the mandate had been transferred for the same. Unfortunately, after the initial interview, I had not received another appointment there, which is probably due to the current situation and in view of the experiences described above, it was probably better that way. The verbal advice that was given at the very beginning was halfway useful for me, therefore 2 stars instead of 1.
