This time, I was also satisfied with the initial consultation in a fines matter, even if the consensus was that it makes no financial sense if he initiates further steps. To my astonishment, after a while a file inspection was requested. After the insight, I would be told the same thing that was already said to me in the initial consultation, namely that it makes no sense to raise objections. This has now led me to pay double the fine for attorney fees. So exactly what we wanted to avoid.
