Pizzeria Palermo

Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the quality of the last 2-3 orders. I've been ordering weekly for 1-2 years. Will start another attempt. Then unfortunately I have to look for another pizza alternative. Please find your way back to the usual quality Team Palermo. Greetings ✌️

We were very excited. The pasta was just great. The absolute highlight was the salmon. I haven't had such delicious food at a delivery service in a while. The lady on the phone was very personable. It was definitely not the last order.

Very tasty food at decent prices. Very large portions. Pick up or have it delivered. Fast delivery and still hot food. Always my pleasure

We were customers for years, everything was always good except 2-3 times Phenomenon 1: Tortellini Bolognese plastic in the tortellini (1 year nothing ordered) Phenomenon 2: Brought the wrong food, my mother called again and asked if she could give it back and get the right one. Then she was accused of speaking more clearly, etc. Phenomenon 3 (today !! Probably ordered the last time, at most try again in a month or 2 ..) Wrong food was called (as with phenomenon 2) and said that we sometimes got the wrong food (instead of tortellini bolognese each time ham cream sauce .. sounds completely different to me when I say it! And we can't eat it there we couldn't really stand cream.) and whether we would get it replaced. Then came the answer: Yes Lord ..... I repeated it specially and it was the wrong one. She said that it would be the number 30‘ (I never ordered with the numbers, so that's just a lie to talk your way out of it) and we'll do the next time with the salad, which was also missing. We have been customers for years and have surely already spent 1000 € or more with them and were simply fobbed off 3-4 times with "better watch out next time" Very disappointed and regret the money that went into this pizzaria. Just a shame.

Pizza very good, the gratinated fries are a dream
