Fa. Stalla carried out complete renovation work on the inside and outside of our house built in 1945. Our bathroom was also completely renovated in the course of this. The work was carried out quickly, inexpensively and in a very good quality.

The Stalla company accompanied us in the renovation of our single-family house, which dates back to the 1980s and was completely overgrown with ivy. In addition to the ENEV-compliant renovation of the insulation in the attic, there were plastering and painting and floor preparation work in the interior and a completely new exterior facade, which was carried out with branded materials and qualified, German-speaking staff. Thanks to the color concept, we have - according to some neighbors - the most beautiful exterior facade in the residential area! In the run-up to the construction work, we received extensive advice on the technical options, costs and alternative options (color concept) in the implementation. Personal contributions were also possible. Visualizations, discussions and offers were created quickly and presented transparently. The remarkable thing about the entire construction phase was the good communication and short reaction time with a powerful number of employees, even if some of our requests / requests were conveyed very briefly. In our opinion, the team around the Stalla company was always happy, even if it was late in the evening, or we sometimes forgot some information. As part of the door blower test, our energy consultant praised the 100% tightness of the windows / doors, which were also strengthened with Rigips in the adjacent areas! That everything works well in the end and the budget was adhered to is not a matter of course on a large construction site like ours, thanks for this!
