This is a must-see of Kaiserslautern. It's excellent Japanese garden architecture; a zen garden offering new vistas at every step. It's principle of slowing the flow of energy guides the visitor to relax. Plenty of stone benches offer opportunities to follow that wish. This is a place that successfully transforms the wish to see it into the wish to just be here. If one wanted to meditate facing the stone garden, one needs to bring cushions. It's the only place without sitting support. Still, it's exquisite.

Beautiful place! Definitely worth it to go in the spring when the flowers are blooming, but still great!

Fantastic place to take a walk in a group, family or alone. I would recommen going in the morning at 1000 right after they open to avoid crowds. Plan on spending 45 minutes to an hour.
