Always look rude. I thought it was me. But the same treatment with my wife. Not recommendable. Now go extra either to Oggersheim or Frankenthal.

Rude staff that embodies the opposite of helpfulness.

In the past just "de Kern" as a good small stationery store / kiosk, we often got our pens for school there or Yu-Gi-Oh! and Pokemon cards. The staff was never overly friendly or anything, but since they took over the post office you can tell that the mood is usually always basement. I have never been treated unkindly or had to be complained about (actually I go there every month). Nevertheless, I can imagine that many have had this experience. That's why it's not a bad shop, but it's no longer recommended.
