The delivery was on time. However the driver/ dispatcher was very unfriendly. There was not a word of greeting, perhaps it’s not important but as a gesture of courtesy it should be indispensable. That was just the beginning, the problem began when he just dropped the delivery on the street and attempted to walk off after receiving the signature. The appeal to him to deliver at the doorstep on the front of the house was met with rudeness and alot of murmuring and complaining. Just ridiculous! The driver looked tired as though overworked, between middle age and elderly, has a wobbly walking style and was wearing compression stockings. He is the perfect image of a burnt-out worker who can no longer stand his job but has to do it. Please train this driver on professionality if friendliness is too much to ask.

gut .but too slow unlouding

FINGER AWAY from this shipping company! I made an appointment FOUR TIMES (appointment = time slot from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) with the shipping company and four times nobody showed up. Nobody can be reached by phone or you are pushed away. Even the company that sent the goods could not reach the shipping company. Conclusion: hands off!

I took extra time off because the delivery is coming ... puff cake !!!! Apparently nobody was at home ... What kind of service is that supposed to be ... and such companies survive incredibly! One star is way too much, even a mailbox company works better !!
