When I asked what happened to the Passau on the website in the "About Us" section: "We try to get your ticket - and in many cases we can also get it." I was just replied that no one is forced to buy. The question regarding warranty claims and reimbursement could not be answered by Ms. Moser.

Almost 100% surcharge paid. The event is far from fully booked. Should anyone judge themselves to buy a ticket there.

Just leave out your fingers! I ordered 2 tickets / tickets for the downhill race in Kitzbühel through this site. The cards in the form of ribbons were delivered two months before the race in an inappropriate, crumpled, much too small envelope. When I opened the envelope, I realized that this only included 1 card. So I called the manager Hermann Moser to clarify this. He assured me he had sent 2 ribbons. After several phone calls, he was always unfriendly and tried to get rid of me by hanging up. I gave him the decision to either send me the second ticket or to refund me the full price for which I had already paid. As a manager, he actually has the duty to make these two proposals to me. At first he declined both, emphasizing clearly that he was not ready for both. Finally (after about 6 phone calls and threats with a lawyer) he suggested that I transfer 35 euros back. He has now refunded me. In retrospect, unfortunately, I had to conclude that the prices he offers on his side are too overpriced. Thus, no serious side and very unpleasant contemporary!
