I am very dissatisfied with this travel agency, we were not allowed to enter because the lady did not inform us via a QR code, she also led us to the wrong page. The whole vacation was gone, as was the money. The tone of the employee on the phone was anything but understanding.

For years we have been booking our trips through this travel agency and have always had a very experienced member of staff at our side who took our personal concerns into account when planning all of our trips. The consultations are very detailed and now even in the difficult time of the Covid 19 pandemic, we were given very friendly help and we were informed about all eventualities such as rebooking ... cancellation ... We decided to rebook and feel very well informed, looked after and thus prepared. Be it by phone or in a personal conversation, we always find an open ear and you take all the time for our concerns and find absolute support with all things to be done. We can recommend the travel agency with a clear conscience and will continue to discuss, prepare and book our trips here in the future. Since we prefer to go to the same counselor whenever possible, our wishes and preferences are known and we find that very pleasant. Even the vacation replacement, who will currently take care of us, is familiar with our trip and looks after us with any Covid changes and other issues.
