I was there today and picked up the trolley for my dog. I can't confirm all the negative comments at all. I was greeted very friendly and treated really customer-oriented. We are super satisfied - my dog is very happy about the new quality of life. A special thank you goes to the very nice Mr. Meyer! We are very excited. Thank you again and best regards Sandra Pavlidis and Peppie

My dog was treated very competently and lovingly. Everyone there was very friendly. Every question was explained and not just answered. Fitting the two orthoses took four hours. Adjust, put on and test run again and again. Mr. Pfaff was always there to see the gait. I can really recommend this specialist and his team to every pet owner whose pet has problems.

Due to threats with the police, lawyer and damages, I deleted my 1st assessment. I don't need this stress ..... I also think one of 5 stars is worth a thousand words ..

The best I could have done for my Border Collie !!! If you want to know more: I didn't want to write any recession, it says everything is fine and great. Or leave no constructive criticism. We have had the orthosis for about 3 months and it was the best decision I could have made. I cannot confirm at all that the orthosis cannot help in severe cases (as I could read in one or the other comment), because all of the ligaments in my dog's knee are torn, the cruciate ligament above and below and the meniscus has a blow. Surgery is not possible and if so, then there is little chance of success. One of my dog physiotherapists recommended Dieter Pfaff to me. My border collie couldn't step back on the right, it was really difficult for him, I could hardly do anything with him. He could no longer put weight on his right leg and hoping for a cure was hopeless. It got worse and worse, and when one leg is so broken, the other leg will no longer be able to withstand the overload it has to carry. So what to do, call Dieter Pfaff, make an appointment and go there, that's what I did. We were warmly welcomed, he took the necessary time. After the first appointment (consultation, plaster cast) the orthosis was picked up, I also drove an incredible distance, but it was worth every kilometer. Here, too, Dieter Pfaff took the necessary time. I took the note he gave us seriously and stuck to it. It took my dog a while to understand that he can use his leg again, here too you have to be patient with your animal, which of course has taken a protective posture for a long time. We also did balance exercises so that he becomes aware that he can trust his leg again. There was a small complication in between, because the orthosis rubbed something on my four-legged friend, he is very sensitive in the hollow of the knee. But no problem, thanks to the slip of paper we had brought with us and the advice, we immediately knew what to do. Call Dieter Pfaff, we would have had the opportunity to send in the orthosis, but I took the time and drove to Mr. Pfaff again. He moved the Velcro straps a bit and lo and behold, my border collie is running great, we have never had a problem with the orthosis since then. Everything is fine. He can run with his pack again, we can go back to our sporting activities. We refrain from jumping and also attend the water treadmill therapy. Without Pfaff, even a walk would not have been possible without fear. His leg is stabilized and it makes a great gift. Due to the severity of the accident, Blue developed osteoarthritis that would definitely have occurred, regardless of whether it was an operation, ignoring it or whatever. But we were spared everything else, I don't have to worry about having his other leg and his broken leg is getting better from week to week. Thank you very much and I hope the report could help one or the other. The orthosis is very stable, so he can jump through the largest match, through water, snow, sand or whatever, of course with subsequent cleaning. Blue loves to run straight through the deep snow, thanks for making it possible for him again! Thank you Dieter Pfaff and the whole team, you have been a real asset and a great help! Cheers and best paw greetings Marie and Blue
