I would not recommend this "practice" to anyone. First of all, if you are not German the receptionists are not friendly, the place is noisy and most importantly the appointments they gave me were inconsistent. When my wife called and complained about it, suddenly two appointments magically appeared. To make matters worse, the receptionist told my wife about another time she wrote on her calendar. When it came time for my appointment, they blamed me for the mistake.
