I have received a letter from this company one week after I have made a transfer for the order I have inicially made. I have politely informed the Kohl company that I have already payed the bill. They were extremely rude on the phone and threatened me I will regret it. They have disappeared for almost 1 year and today I have received a notification from my bank that they blocked my account and expect me to pay 288,23 eur within the next two weeks. Just for the information - the full amount of the order was 69,75 eur. I assume, the two companies are connected to each other and it looks like it is their way to get more business. Very sad. I have forwarded this case to my lawyer, however, it would take me ages until my bank account will be accessible again.

Absolute audacity and something of unprofessional! After what felt like 100 phone calls, finally reached someone. For clarification, I couldn't be helped on the phone and should write by email. This was done in detail with description and everything directly. Because the requested amount is not possible because there was no contract with Unitymedia for 6 years. An e-mail came immediately that the mail had arrived and that it was taken care of. Instead, weeks later someone wrote again that one should pay immediately. Created Thursday, arrived Friday and must be on the account Monday. This is an absolute no go! Doesn't go through your cases, nor do you react to emails that you should definitely send. Absolutely unprofessional and a huge mess!
