Let's get the missing star reasons out of the way: Of all of the rooms available in the Lodge, we were given the smallest, whilst the other family we were with were given the largest. After numerous back and forths, ist turns out that actually there are 2 to 3 other larger rooms available...this leaves a bitter taste and doesn't make for the best first impression upon arrival. But! The spa, the treatments, the breakfast and dinner are all top notch! I especially enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi with ice bath next to it! Our room (the larger one with a big bathtub) was fantastic and had a nice view too! We'll definitely be coming back...albeit perhaps without small kids in tow next time.

Best choice to spend tine and relax....

It’s my favorite hotel in EU. Especially in winter. Snow, SPA, reading....how lovely relax holiday...

If you really want to spoil yourself (or your partner) GO HERE! Rooms are fantastic, people are amazing friendly and “customer oriented”, the restaurant is marvelous, there is SPA, there are multiple sauna’s, mud-baths, etc. A quiet place where “enjoying” comes first. Lots of nice places in the neighborhood. Good ‘value-for-money’ ratio.
