German post office

Package was never delivered, and found out it's ready for pickup here, an hour and half away from the original destination (my house)! No accountability. Horrible Service.

Always very friendly from the post office staff. Some customers are just rude. You should get behind the counter and do the job. Then they would talk differently and show more understanding.

Very rude, incompetent and arrogant staff. Incredible! Especially the guy from the post office in the gas station. And the little redhead. I know you have to have something explained. But if I'm the second in the queue for 10 minutes because of two stamps and then the shift handover takes forever, because the gentlemen have to clarify something right now, what could be clarified when part of the queue (which has been waiting for ages) has worked off is. And then they get cheeky when the customers say something because they are on their way to work.

Staff is competent and friendly. Unfortunately, however, the waiting times are not acceptable. Therefore two stars deduction.
