The new packing station is very easy to reach. Unfortunately, of course, had to be mounted again a pedestal, which is difficult to overcome with a wheelchair. In addition, the station is too small, constantly redirects packets because it is crowded.

This packing station here is new. There was a packing station in this parking lot some time before, but in a different place. Although the Packstation is fairly new, the station is always causing problems for me. Printing shipping labels has never really worked (probably tried 5 times). No label comes out. The purchased QR codes are then invalid and must be laboriously “returned” via DHL support against a voucher. No improvement even after repeated complaints. Furthermore, the packing station is relatively small. However, there are a lot of residents in the area. Therefore it is actually more of a gamble whether the station has a free compartment on the day of delivery. Not really a relief for me. Regular maintenance and a quick response to customer complaints would be desirable. Furthermore, one could build or expand the Packstation a little bigger. The number of subjects is simply too small for the many residents in the area.

Warning! Don't try to print a label at this cursed packing station.

Crashes often and then takes a long time to restart. So better plan 15 minutes!
