In our apartment building there are two heating systems whose oil filler necks are about 10 meters apart. Never before has a supplying company come up with the idea in decades to charge an extra charge for two delivery points. Mundt did it! On telephone demand, the employee was completely unapologetic and not willing to compromise. I find that very unkulant.
Next time will be ordered elsewhere and not at Mundt!
Thank you! Knight in shining armor. Oil had already been ordered and then all before the agreed delivery. And that at minus temperatures. Very friendly employees (Mr. Kramer) coordinated delivery on Saturday. For an additional charge, but okay. The driver of the tanker truck was also very friendly.
