Super nice / friendly staff. On the delivery date very punctually and quickly, uncomplicated process with setting up the new couch and disposing of the old couch. I can only recommend. The employee on the phone was also extremely friendly!

Wrong assembly, they don't want to pay for the damage. The statement was: Unfortunately we cannot "help" you ... 😤.

Kitchen built up, washing machine not properly connected. Water ran under PVC ... water damage. ... 2 months in Corona times without kitchen, construction site. Mr. Zinke allows himself to be denied, not ready to talk. Keep all the money for the installation, of course.
