i made my botox appointment in advance for my work holiday. when i arrived, she told me to go downstairs. downstairs, they said they did not have an appointment for me. i even had a text with confirmation. they said i needed a consultation first. i was told i had wasted my time coming but I could make another appointment. the set-up is that the doctor does a consultation & she administers. i did not receive a call prior to my appointment or even an apology for the waste of time. unprofessional practice all around.
