Good idea, you have to look at it. I would also be interested in a purchase. .. and possibly apply as a subcontractor for floor slabs, foundation construction and masonry work. Mfg Anton Betke Construction

Positive: - Big hall - Video monitored - New - Staff were friendly Negatives: We were looking for a hall. The site of the visit was communicated by telephone. According to the employee, there were 2 free double garages during the tour. We would have rented the first one that was shown to us because we liked the location, but it had a high-voltage connection, which is why we decided on the second. Otherwise both were identical. Despite several phone calls with explicit questions about commercial benefits, it was only declared when the contract was signed that another 19% would be added to the costs. Ok, given the number of phone calls, direct information would have been appropriate. After we moved into the hall, we found out that our hall has a high-voltage connection. We did not incur any costs for this, apparently the employees did not know which hall has which equipment. The hall was also not handed over broom-free. We had to clean up screws and dirt. Screw tips protruded through the slats. Guests should be warned not to lean everywhere. We found that far more than 2 double garages were free. Why we were not given any information about this remains a mystery, as many garages were empty for a long time. We quickly got a new contact person at S24. He was more involved than his predecessor, and when he could be reached, he really tried to help us. The outdoor floor was often soiled for weeks with screws and other dirt that was not removed. Some of our neighbors had flat tires SEVERAL TIMES, but luckily this didn't happen to us. Despite the flat rate for operating costs, the property was swept once or twice in almost 6 months after neighbors complained. The neighbors, who apparently wanted to measure their 0-100 time on the premises, were also unpleasant. The request to hang up a corresponding sign was noted, an implementation did not take place. There was often "friction" with the neighbors. The phone support gives different answers to the same question, well. In the confirmation of termination was stated. A) The move-out date B) That the date will be agreed with us promptly. The appointment was agreed 1 week in advance. Timely is different. In a phone call we were asked if we would be willing to move out earlier if there was a new tenant. When asked about this, we were informed that something like this was not possible. It was also announced that the system will debit an additional month. This would then be credited back to us. Unfortunately, we can't explain how something like that can be, any more than the support. After moving out. The day of the move-out, which S24 chose itself! also had to be paid by us. The "credit" from us was deducted this day. We received NEVER information about this in advance. The hint from us that we would move out earlier was ignored. In order to avoid additional costs, we could have made an earlier appointment at any time. We were told that this would be done because we had paid the last day. Well, we also had to pay for the additional day, which we had no control over, even though we handed over the hall at 12. This is absolutely outrageous and unacceptable! There was no INFO on this! The customer is deprived of the opportunity to carry out the handover on the last day of the rental and is forced to pay rent for a period which has not been contractually agreed. It's only € 17. This is not a lot, but the way it is handled is absolutely unprofessional. It cannot be withheld from the customer that further costs are to be borne after the end of the rental period that were not contractually agreed! It can NOT be that the customer is told that the "system" would be debited if the reason IS OBVIOUSLY another! Dear S24 team, during the few good conversations we were asked to write a review from time to time We have now complied with this request

The halls are great, prices are good in my eyes because the area is monitored. Stronger power protection would be desirable. But here you can find a solution yourself. In short, recommended.
